  • okra
  • 3 c. white vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 c. water
  • dill seed
  • dry red hot peppers
  • garlic buttons

Directions

    Use only small tender okra.

    Wash and drain okra, then pack into pint jars.

    To each pint add 1 teaspoon dill seed, 1 button garlic and 1 hot pepper.

    Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil. Pour over okra.

    Put on lids, screwing bands tight.
  6. 6
    Process jars 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
