  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. whole cloves

    Combine sugar, vinegar and spices; boil 10 minutes.

    Cook peaches until tender in boiling syrup, a few at a time.

    Pack in jars and fill with boiling syrup and seal.
