- 1 large can chili or homemade chili
- 24 tortillas
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb. American cheese
Directions

1Dip tortillas in hot grease to soften.

2Put in 1 tablespoon of chili, sprinkle with onion and cheese.

3Roll and place in baking dish.

4Pour large can of enchilada sauce over top.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

6(I make my own sauce with onion, pepper and tomatoes.)

7Cook, then pour over enchiladas.
