- 2 1/2 gal. pickling pears
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spice
- 5 c. sugar
- 5 c. water
- 5 c. vinegar
Directions

1Peel pears.

2Mix spices, sugar, water and vinegar.

3Bring to a boil and drop in pears.

4Cook until tender.

5Pack into jars.

6Pour vinegar mixture over pears and seal.

7Let sit at least 2 months before eating.
