- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 cubes frozen parsley
- 3 cubes frozen cilantro
- 1-2 cube frozen dill
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste, and then add a little more
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Latkes
- 1/2 cup falafel paste
- 1/2 pound yellow potatoes, grated
- 1 XL Egg, beaten
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil for frying
