- 2 cans red beets
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except eggs; heat to boiling.

2Cool. Place hard-boiled eggs into a large gallon glass jar.

3Pour red beets and brine over eggs.

4Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving with salt and pepper.
