  • 8 c. sliced squash
  • 2 c. sliced onions
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed

Directions

    Put salt over veggies and water.

    Let set 1 hour and drain. Combine vinegar, sugar and celery seed; boil 5 minutes.

    Add veggies and cook 5 minutes.

    Put in jars and seal.

    Makes 4 pints.
