- 8 c. sliced squash
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Put salt over veggies and water.

2Let set 1 hour and drain. Combine vinegar, sugar and celery seed; boil 5 minutes.

3Add veggies and cook 5 minutes.

4Put in jars and seal.

5Makes 4 pints.
