- 2 lb. small squash
- 2 small onions
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Slice squash and onions.

2Soak in salt for 2 hours; cover with water and drain well.

3Boil sugar, vinegar and seed.

4Pour over squash and let it stand 2 hours, then boil for 5 minutes.

5Put in jar.
