- 8 c. sliced small squash
- 4 large bell peppers, chopped
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix squash, peppers and onion.

2Add salt.

3Let mixture stand for 1 hour.

4Drain off juice and add celery and mustard seed.

5Mix sugar and vinegar; pour over.

6Bring mixture to a boil and continue to boil for 10 minutes.

7Put into jars and seal.
