  • 1 (16 ounce.) can white corn, liquid removed
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sm. green peas, liquid removed
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can French cut green beans, liquid removed
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. minced red pepper
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. water

Directions

    Drain and mix corn, peas and green beans.

    Add in minced onion, celery and peppers.

    Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, oil, pepper and water; bring to a boil.

    Cold and then pour over vegetable mix.

    This goes a long way and is good for a picnic.
