  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbls sugar
  • julienned veggies
  • (carrots. daikon. cauliflower, broccoli, fennel, zucchini, etc)

    combine first three ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. add veggies and simmer until softened. remove from heat drain and allow to cool, referigerate until cold
