  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 c. carrots, scraped and sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vinegar
  • water

Directions

    Place vegetables in large bowl.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with 3/4 cup of vinegar to 1/4 cup water.
