Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    In a large pan (suitable for stovetop and oven), brown the ground chuck, then drain the excess fat.

    Add the onion and celery.

    Cook until tender.

    Stir in soup, tomato paste and catsup and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add all remaining ingredients and stir well.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 1 hour.
