- 1 c. water
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- Peanut Butter Chip Frosting
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.

3In medium saucepan, combine water, butter and cocoa.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils.

5Boil 1 minute.

6Remove from heat; set aside.

7In large mixer bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.

8Add eggs and sour cream; beat just until blended.

9Add cocoa mixture; beat just until blended.

10Batter will be thin.

11Pour into prepared pan.

12Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

13Cool on wire rack.

14Spread Peanut Butter Chip Frosting.
