  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 1/2 tsp. real mayo
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. cream-style horseradish or to taste
  • salt and ground pepper to taste
  • paprika

Directions

    Cut hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks, being carefully not to break whites.

    Mash yolks with a fork and blend in remaining ingredients.

    Fill each of the whites with yolk mixture and dust tops with paprika.

    Makes 12 halves.
