  • 1/2 cup freshly diced organic pineapple
  • 1 freshly chopped organic cilantro
  • 1/4 diced organic red onion
  • dash kosher salt

Directions

    Cut a half inch slice of pineapple and cut off the skin.

    Dice.

    Put in a glass container.

    Now chop your fresh cilantro and dice your red onion and mix it in with the pineapple.

    Add the salt and mix again.

    You're done.

    NOTE: If you want a spicier version add a diced serrano pepper (seeds in our out..up to you) or a dash of cayenne pepper.
