  • 12 medium cucumber
  • 8 fluid ounces sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt substitute
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, removing the seeds, and then cut the cucumber into pieces.

    Add to a blender container that contains all of the rest of the ingredients and blend until the cucumber is finely chopped.

    (When necessary, stop the blender and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides.)

    Store covered in the refrigerator.
