- 4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking pwd.
- 2 c. shortening = 1 c. butter/1 cup crisco
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- pinch of salt
- water
Directions

1Beat the egg and add water to make 3/4 c. liquid, add vinegar and baking pwd. to egg mixture, stir into flour and shortening mixture.

2Refrigerate for 30 min. before rolling out.

3This is excellent and can be worked over and over.

4Also if not all used, it can be wrapped and frozen for later use.
