- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/8 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 egg plus 1 tsp. vinegar and water to make 3/4 c.
Directions

1Combine flour and salt in medium bowl and cut in shortening with blender to form pea-size chunks.

2Add your egg and water, a little at a time, until dough forms a ball.

3Roll dough on a floured pastry cloth.

4You divide dough up to make 2 (8-inch) pies with top crust for one pie.

5You can freeze the pies until you need to fill them.
