  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. lard
  • 1 scant Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small egg
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    With pastry blender cut lard into dry ingredients.

    Beat egg, water and vinegar together.

    Stir into flour; chill.

    This may be frozen in a lump or rolled into crusts and freeze.
