  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. cold water

Directions

    Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Cut in shortening.

    Add vinegar and egg, then add water. Mix to form a dough ball, separate into two balls, roll out on a floured surface.

    Makes two 9 inch crusts.
