- 4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 large egg, beaten well
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Cut together flour, sugar, salt and Crisco until crumbly.

2Add vinegar, beaten egg and cold water and blend well, using a fork. Dough will be moist.

3Pat by small balls into lightly greased pie pans.

4This dough can be rolled out too by using less water.

5This is a never fail pie dough.

6Makes 4 or 5 single crust pies.
