  • 1 1/4 c. shortening or 1 c. lard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Cut shortening in flour, then add remaining ingredients. Roll out and put in pan.
