  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 4 Tbsp. water

    Mix flour, salt and Crisco until like coarse crumbs.

    Add water and mix well.

    Roll out on lightly floured surface.

    Makes one (9-inch) crust.

    Bake at 425° until brown or use as unbaked pie shell.
