  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water

    Sift together flour and salt.

    Cut in shortening.

    Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time.

    Roll out on floured pastry sheet.

    Put in pie pan, punch holes in bottom and sides.

    Flute edges.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
