  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Combine flour, salt and shortening together until crumbly. Add egg and water.

    Mix well. Roll out on floured surface.

    Bake at 375° until lightly browned. Glass pie pan does best.

    Makes two 9-inch crusts.
