  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. fat
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 6 Tbsp. cold water
  • 2 tsp. vinegar

    Cut shortening into flour until mixture is size of peas.

    Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Stir into flour until it forms a soft ball. Makes 4 crusts.
