- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Combine salt and flour in mixing bowl.

2Cut in Crisco with pastry blender until mixture is fairly coarse.

3Sprinkle with water, a tablespoon at a time, tossing with a fork.

4Work dough into a firm ball.

5Roll into desired shape on a lightly floured surface.

6Place in pie plate; fill as desired.

7Bake as needed. Yields double crust for 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
