- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. peas
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 4 c. cubed ham
- 8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
- dash of pepper
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook vegetables in 1/4 cup margarine until tender.

2Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

3Stir in milk and cottage cheese.

4Cook and stir until mixture boils.

5Stir in ham and noodles.

6Transfer to a 3-quart casserole.

7Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

9Serves 10 to 12 people.
