- 1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients with pastry blender until pea size.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.

3Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.

4Form into a big ball.

5Separate into 4 equal smaller balls.

6Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling.

7Will keep in refrigerator a week or it can be frozen.
