- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. skim milk
- touch of cold water, if needed
Directions

1Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl.

2Mix oil and milk together with a fork.

3Add flour; mix with hands until just mixed. Add a little cold water if more liquid is needed.

4Chill for about 10 minutes.

5Roll out until large enough to fit a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or can be baked with filling.
