- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix together cheese, eggs, salt and onion.

2Add flour until batter holds together.

3Drop spoonfuls of batter into boiling water to which 1 tablespoon salt has been added.

4Boil 3 minutes. Fry in butter and serve with sour cream.
