- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 to 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- salt and pepper
- cooked hamburger/onion mixture
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix dough until smooth.

2Tear in half.

3Roll out to 1/8-inch thin.

4Use round cookie cutter and cut out circles.

5Fill with cooked hamburger/onion mixture or other leftover meats, chopped and seasoned.

6Boil in water for approximately 10 minutes.

7Serve with a sauce of mushroom soup and sour cream, or fry gently in margarine in a frying pan.

8Makes about 18 (3-inch) pierogis.
