  • 2 1/2 lb. flour (1/2 of 5 lb. bag)
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 8 slices American yellow cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

    Cook potatoes.

    Drain.

    Add cheese.

    Saute onion in margarine. Add to potatoes and mash.
