- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 Tbsp. dry onion or 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 to 8 potatoes
Directions

1Make mashed potatoes with potatoes and part of milk.

2Save remaining milk for cheese sauce.

3Cook noodles 10 minutes; rinse with warm water and set aside.

4Cook margarine, milk, onion and cheese until melted.

5In 9 x 13-inch greased pan, add 1/2 of noodles.

6Spread in pan.

7Add not quite 1/2 of cheese sauce. Spread evenly.

8Add mashed potatoes on top of noodles and cheese. Add remaining noodles and cheese sauce.

9Bake at 350° until golden brown or 30 minutes.
