- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Knead all together making a stiff but workable dough.

2(I put all the ingredients in the food processor and mix for about 1 minute.)

3Then let stand for 30 minutes.

4Divide in half and roll out very thin and cut into 2-inch squares.

5Place a teaspoon of filling on every square and then fold each to make a three-corned shape, pressing edges well together.

6Drop into boiling salted water; cook 15 minutes.

7Drain.

8Serve them sauteed until golden; garnish with some diced onion and bacon to your desire.
