Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3/4 lb. melted butter
- 1 large onion, diced
- approximately 5 or 6 potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 lb. grated Longhorn or American cheese (personal preference)
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.

2Boil potatoes until tender when tested with fork.

3Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

4Saute butter and onions in a small skillet.

5When the potatoes are done, mash them and add the cheese and mash together.

6In your baking dish, place 3 lasagna noodles.

7On top of the noodles, spread out 1/3 of the potato/cheese mixture over that.

8Follow with layers as listed. Put the last three lasagna noodles on top and rest of the onions and butter.

9Cover and bake in 225° oven for approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
