  • 1 pkg. pig's feet (2 feet in pack)
  • 2 1/2 qt. water
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 whole peppercorns

Directions

    Put all ingredients in large cooking pot and bring to a rolling boil.

    Lower heat to slow boil for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.

    Remove feet and set in large bowl.

    Strain liquid and pour over feet.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate until solid, then remove fat from surface.
  6. 6
    Serve with boiled potatoes.
