- 1 pkg. pig's feet (2 feet in pack)
- 2 1/2 qt. water
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 whole peppercorns
Directions

1Put all ingredients in large cooking pot and bring to a rolling boil.

2Lower heat to slow boil for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.

3Remove feet and set in large bowl.

4Strain liquid and pour over feet.

5Refrigerate until solid, then remove fat from surface.

6Serve with boiled potatoes.
