Pig Stomach

Ingredients

  • 1 pig stomach
  • 1 lb. sausage, cut in small pieces
  • 6 to 8 diced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all together and stuff into cleaned pig stomach.

    Sew hole closed.

    Put into roast pan and bake at 350° for 3 1/4 to 4 hours. Remove lid the last 1/2 hour to brown skin.
