  • 1 1/2 lb. new potatoes (unpeeled)
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Slice potatoes and place in greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix cream with broth and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
