- 3 handfuls fine smashed egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
- 2 3/4 c. chicken broth (3 chicken bouillon cubes with 2 3/4 c. water)
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt butter in frying pan.

2Add noodles and onion; fry until light golden brown.

3Add rice and stir until coated with butter. Add broth and salt; stir well and simmer for 25 minutes, covered.
