- 2 egg whites (unbeaten)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. heavy cream (unbeaten)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Prepare pie crust for a double crust pie.

2Break egg white with fork until frothy (DO NOT beat).

3Add cream, sugar and salt. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

4Add vanilla and nutmeg.

5Pour into pie shell; cover and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 20 minutes.
