Pimento-Broccoli Casserole

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 jar pimento, cut
  • 2/3 c. cracker crumbs (for topping)
  • stick oleo

Directions

    Melt cheese in milk and sherry (low heat).

    Pour 1/2 in baking dish; layer broccoli, eggs and pimentos.

    Add remaining sauce and top with cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until crumbs are golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
