- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 1 jar pimento, cut
- 2/3 c. cracker crumbs (for topping)
- stick oleo
Directions

1Melt cheese in milk and sherry (low heat).

2Pour 1/2 in baking dish; layer broccoli, eggs and pimentos.

3Add remaining sauce and top with cracker crumbs.

4Bake at 350° until crumbs are golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
