- 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 large can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Pour milk in top of a double boiler; cut cheese into small chunks.

2Add to milk.

3Cook over hot water, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.

4Chop pimentos; add to cheese mixture. Stir in salt and paprika.

5Remove from heat.

6Cool.

7Store in covered dish in refrigerator.
