  • 6 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 c. cream of coconut
  • 3 c. vodka
  • 12 c. ice cubes
  • flowers or fresh fruit

Directions

    In blender, combine pineapple juice, cream of coconut and vodka; blend until smooth.

    (Can be made ahead.

    Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.)

    Before serving, puree in blender with ice.

    Serve in tall glasses.
