  • 2-1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple tidbits, well drained
