- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 small cans coconut
- 1 can Lopez cream of coconut
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix cake mix with water, eggs, oil and 1 can of the coconut. Beat 2 minutes.

2Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3Pour batter into prepared pan.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5As soon as cake is taken out of oven poke holes all over the top. Pour the cream of coconut over the top and cool.

6Refrigerate overnight.
