- 6 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 6 oz. can pineapple juice
- 80 proof Captain Morgan spice rum

1In blender, add 2 1/2 to 3 cups chipped ice, pineapple juice, 3 tablespoons cream of coconut and 1 tablespoon pineapple.

2Mix well. Then add 2 1/2 to 3 ounces of rum (size of blender, cap of lid).
