- 1/2 to 1 c. water
- 1/4 k. pork, sliced into 1-inch strips
- 1/3 c. tomato, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chopped ginger
- 1/4 c. bagoong (alamang)
- 4 eggplants, quartered
- 2 pieces ampalaya or amargoso, quartered
- 1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
- salt to taste
Directions

1Boil 1/2 to 1 cup water in a saucepan.

2Drop the pork, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and bagoong.

3Simmer until pork is tender.

4Add the ampalaya and eggplants and cook until done. Season with ajinomoto and salt, if necessary.
