- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- baked pie shells
Directions

1Bring to a boil the water, sugar and pineapple, then thicken with the cornstarch. When cool, add the two beaten egg whites. Fill baked pie shell and top with whipped cream sweetened with powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill in refrigerator.
